RFP

The RFP process involves the following:

  • A visitor or VA submits an RFP.
  • Upon submission, the information is sent to education@michiganvas.com for approval.
  • Approved RFPs are posted in the RFPs category with an expiration date.
  • The new RFP is automatically sent to members on the e-mail notification list.

Only Board Members and Professional Members can view the posts in the RFPs category.

Technical Documentation

The RFP functionality requires the following:

  • Contact 7 Plug-In for the RFP submission form.
  • Wishlist Member Plug-In to restrict access to RFPs category.
  • Post Expirator Plug-In to expire RFPs when their expiration date is reached.  The posts are put into draft mode once they hit their expiration date.

The RFP form and e-mail that is sent upon submission can be edited by going to the Contact menu in the administrator backend sidebar.

The process on how to add posts and what to do with a new RFP is written in the e-mail that is sent to education@michiganvas.com.

Access to the RFPs category can be changed in the Wishlist Member Administration Pages.
